Joanne comes to us from Toronto Canada, and has been living in Egypt for 3 years. She brings extensive knowledge in hospitality after closing her restaurant of 15 years during COVID.
She manages bookings at the eco lodge, arranges desert safaris, all social media for the company and is a full-time chef of 30 years.
