Created from family farm land in 2011, Abdu Shaban’s “Dreamland” is located 25 minutes south of Baharya Oasis, just 4 hours south of Cairo in the Black Desert. It consists of several individual bedrooms with private bathroom & shower, a main house with 2 bedrooms- fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, & large private patio for outdoor dining, sunbathing or star gazing.
We can accommodate groups from 2-20 people.
The property also includes a Bedouin tent for large group gatherings, meals, tea/coffee, live music Bedouin party or just to keep cool and read a book during a hot desert afternoon. A Bazaar tent offers handmade crafts; pottery, baskets, clothes, handbags, camel blankets and different herbs from the farm.

The farm itself has many animals residing together; A donkey named Cece, sheep, goats, chickens, ducks, rabbits, pigeon house, many cows and birds, and a farm dog named Lucky.
We also grow many fruits & vegetables including 200 date palms and watermelon.
We have a large natural spring pool to cool off in during those hot desert afternoons, or contemplate life at sunset.
Our Bedouin chefs are ready to accommodate any nutritional or dietary needs, and can easily prepare vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free meals and snacks.
